PAYMENT AND COMMERCIAL TERMS
First, a reservation is made with which you will be given a place in which the sending of certain information will start and later on the rest of the payment. Both by transfer.
If a cancellation happens because of your own causes and not related with any inconveniences caused by COVID always before the trip (in this case the refund will be 100%), my conditions are the following:
- Refund of 75% of the amount paid for my travel design and organization services if you cancel 60 days before the start date of the activity.
- Refund of 25% of the amount paid for my travel design and organization services if you cancel 30 days before the start date of the activity.
- In the case that your decision about not traveling happens after 30 days before the trip, 50% will be given back of the amount paid for my services only if your reasons are justified and supported with documentation.
- If you do not show up to the trip and don’t justify why, unfortunately, I will not be able to give back anything. Let’s be responsible and respectful to other people’s work!
